How customers opt in
SoCal Rain Gutters LLC (“SoCal Rain Gutters”) sends text messages about appointments and service only to customers who agree to receive them. Customers can opt in when they book a free estimate visit on our website, either in the booking form or in Wally, the chat assistant on our website, by checking the box below on the contact step. They can also ask us directly by phone.
The consent checkbox, exactly as customers see it:
- Optional. The box is not required to book. Customers who leave it unchecked still book their visit and get no texts.
- Unchecked by default. Customers check it themselves.
- Saved with the booking. The exact wording and the customer’s answer are saved with the date and time.
Privacy: see our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

What customers receive
- Program: SoCal Rain Gutters appointment and service text messages.
- Messages: appointment confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, estimate links and service updates. No marketing.
- Frequency: varies, typically 1 to 5 messages per job.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.

Stop or get help
- STOP: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We send one message confirming the opt-out, then no more: “SoCal Rain Gutters: You’re unsubscribed and won’t get more texts. Reply START to resubscribe.”
