What we collect
We collect the information you give us when you ask for service:
- Contact details: your name, phone number, email address and the address of the property.
- Service details: what you need done, your messages to us, the times that work for you, and notes and photos from an estimate visit.
We collect it through:
- The request form on this website.
- Wally, the chat assistant on this website.
- Estimates, phone calls, texts and emails with us.
How we use it
- To schedule estimate visits and jobs.
- To prepare and send your estimate.
- To contact you about your appointment and service, including text messages if you agree to them (see Text messages below).
- To keep records of the work we did, such as warranty and tax records.
We don’t sell your information.
How we share it
We share your information only with the service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host, email, calendar, website analytics and text messaging providers, and only so they can provide that service to us. We may also share information if the law requires it.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How we store it
Your information is kept with the providers above, in accounts that only the owner can access. We keep it for as long as we need it to serve you and to keep business, warranty and tax records, and then delete it.
This website also shows our Google reviews through a third-party widget. That widget may collect basic technical data, such as your browser type, under its own privacy policy.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to see how people use this website: which pages are visited, how long visits last, the type of device and browser, and the general area (city or region) a visit comes from. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. It doesn’t tell us who you are, and we don’t send it your name, phone number, email address, or anything you type in the request form or to Wally. We’ve turned off Google’s advertising features, and we don’t use this data for advertising.
Google handles this data under its privacy policy. To opt out, block cookies in your browser settings or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
